OPERATIONS / OVERVIEW

Every job, connected.

One view from first contact through the next action.

The challenge

The company managed requests, estimates, scheduling and customer records across separate tools. Office staff needed a faster way to move work from first contact to a scheduled job without losing context.

What we built

We designed a connected field-service workflow for intake, estimates, scheduling and job records, with customer and property context carried through each stage.

Product scope

Connected from end to end.

Job status and follow-up

How we shaped it

Decisions behind the interface.

01

Capture a complete request

Service type, property context and relevant notes enter the process together from the first contact.

02

Move from estimate to schedule

Office staff can develop the scope, confirm the work and schedule the visit without rebuilding the record.

03

Coordinate the working day

The schedule includes the job context technicians and office staff need to make decisions.

04

Retain the service history

Customer, property, estimate and completed-job information stay connected for follow-up and future visits.

Outcome

The team can see how each job is progressing, coordinate office and field work, and retain the service history needed for future visits.

The client name and sensitive implementation details are withheld by agreement.
